BREATHING TRAINER V1.0 is a multipurpose
breathing trainer for home use.  It is a
software program, sophisticated but simple
to use, with a visual display.  A moving
prompter enables the user to learn a
breathing pattern selected.  There are many
breathing trainers on the market today, but
this one addresses more breathing patterns
and offers the user a simple, interactive

DVD - STRETCHING BREATHING EXERCISES
ADAPTED FOR PEOPLE WITH COPD (There is
also a version for people with severe COPD
- displayed here) by Vijai Sharma, Ph.D. This
video is based on yoga.  Dr. Sharma, a
practicing psychologist and a yoga expert,
has COPD.  He is a member of COPD-ALERT.  
His video is a step-by-step course that
explains basic breathing concepts and
techniques.  Dr. Sharma in a clear language
and with specially tailored exercises
demonstrates very useful breathing
techniques.  These include: Pursed-Lip
Breathing (PLB); diaphragmatic exercises;
arms, legs and trunk exercises for greater
stamina and strength; and linking breathing
with movements for greater strength and

T'AI CHI CHIH, SERENITY IN THE MIDST
OF ACTIVITY taught by Pam Towne, an
internationally acclaimed instructor.  
This video is all about the moving
